General Instruction of PTFE Fabric/Belt Application

Food grade, excellent anti-corrosion, anti-adhesion, high temperature resistance and insulation are the advantages of PTFE fabric. PTFE fabric is widely used in the following fields:

 

Packaging Machine

Whether it’s for the packaging of food, toys, pharma, or surgical products, or if the process involves form / fill / seal, heat-shrink, or blister pack machinery, PTFE fabrics offer protective coverings for heat-sealing elements. They allow rapid transfer of heat while protecting the heat elements from build-up of melted packaging material. Depending on the type of machinery and process, a variety of performance fabrics may be used. 

 

Bag Making Machine

PTFE fabric/tape is used in various plastic packaging bags, vacuum packaging, and liquid-filled sealing. The PTFE coating can prevent the melt film from cooling and deposit residues. The high temperature resistant PTFE material can withstand sharp temperatures. Change to ensure that the operating surface is smooth.

 

Food Industry

Because of its high temperature resistance and non-stick properties, PTFE is widely used in our daily food cook, which is the same as the "Food Grade Prodcuts" in the product list.

The application is in the form of BBQ Grill Mat, Stove Burner Protector, Toaster bag, Torilla belt, Grill Belt.

 




Solar Laminate

 PTFE fabric is widely used in solar composite machines. The solar film sticking machine is also called the solar cell module sticking machine. Its principle is to apply a certain pressure to the outer surface of each layer of components, and these substances are pressed together under heating. In order to achieve this goal, pressure, temperature, vacuum and smoothness must be achieved. PTFE high temperature resistant fabric can be in good consistance with these features well, and it is the best companion for solar composite machines.

 

Plastic products

PTFE fabric is used as a gasket for welding UPVC and automotive plastic panels.

PTFE fabric is used as a lining for polyethylene and polyurethane foam extrusion coatings.

PTFE fabric has many uses in the construction field, and can be used as self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive release paper for plastic welding machines. Therefore, PTFE fabric/tapes has been widely used in the production of UPVC doors and windows and other profiles.

 

Mould Release

As a processing belt, it is used for the molding of rubber products.

As a processing belt, carpets and cushions made of PVC material are formed.

Used for demoulding rubber mats, asphalt and tiles, kitchen countertops, and release of hot melt adhesive and tape.

It is also used for demolding of grinding wheels, grinding discs, etc.
