Differences Between Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt And PTFE Mesh Conveyor Belt
Nowadays, stainless steel conveyor belts are widely used in various industries, especially in the food industry. With the dramatic changes in the times and the rapid development of technology, stainless steel conveyor belts are no longer the only solution for food conveyors.
The appearance of PTFE mesh conveyor belt overcomes the shortcomings of tearing and corrosion of traditional conveyor belts during use, and provides a safe and easy to maintain conveyor belt for many manufacturers.
What is stainless steel conveyor belt?
Stainless steel conveyor belts, also called stainless steel mesh belts, metal conveyor belts, metal transmission belts, stainless steel transmission belts, are usually used in glass-relevant product manuafacture, food processing, transmission of cements&chemicals etc.
As a sort of mechanical accessory driven by friction to maintain continuous work, stainless steel conveyor belt allows people to control the materials at certain transmisson track, and form a set of transmission procedure from the uploading point to downloading point. It is able to convey both bulk materials and finished products. Besides the pure materials and items conveying, it is usaully applied according to the different technical requirements of various sorts of production processes so as to form regular assembly lines.
PTFE Mesh Conveyor Belt
What is PTFE mesh conveyor belt?
For the PTFE mesh conveyor belt, we get it after impregnating the fiberglass mesh belt with PTFE dispersion then heat it under high temperature for its full absortion of PTFE dispersion. The common width is 1meter, 2meter, 3meter, 3.3meter, 4meter etc.
Since the PTFE mesh conveyor belt uses the module Teflon mesh belt and the transmission mode is the reason for the roller drive, the conveyor belt is very difficult to snake and the deviation can safely transport the material equipment.
PTFE mesh conveyor belt costs less, can withstand high temperature for a long time, is corrosion resistant, non-stick, and has high tensile strength.
PTFE mesh conveyor belt is widely used in the transportation of beverage bottles, aluminum cans, food and other industries. It can be made into storage table, hoist, sterilization machine, vegetable cleaning machine, cold bottle machine and meat food transportation by using different mesh belts.
Differences between stainless steel conveyor belt and PTFE mesh conveyor belt
Compared with the stainless steel conveyor belts, it owns more advantages in food industry, our PTFE mesh conveyor belts can resist the temperature from -70~260℃, and are non-stick and esay to clearn. Moreover, customzation in joint type and side sealer is avaible, in this respect, the consumers would have more alternatives and the selection would be more flexible. Lighter in weight, the PTFE mesh conveyor belts are cheaper in terms of transport and eaiser to assemble and disassemble.
Like mentioned above, thanks to the unique features, PTFE mesh conveyor belt is usually used in drying machine, rotary printing machine, sreen printing machine, UV dryer, shrinking machine, fusing machine etc. In a word, it is usually used where the non-stick, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and age resistance are needed.
Bocheng was established, involved in the manufacture of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, PTFE adhesive tapes, PTFE mesh conveyor belts, and silicone coated fabric etc, which provides a new solution for various industrial machines, such as packaging, printing, textile and dyeing industries.
